HI!

 

This is a great idea!  I am currently (and have been for at least the past 2 years straight) trying to better my health.

I am expecting this to eventually, lower my weight and make me able to keep up with my thoughts and desires.  (Somewhere in my head, I am still a 17 year old cheerleader who can run miles without passing out on the concrete).

 

So I appreicate seeing that someone with somewhat like thoughts started this group. Thanks!!!

 

Now everyone put their virtual hands together and…. break!
