Keep on Moving

I have been looking for a new home based workout, and I found one!

I took dance classes through most of my childhood, and it holds a dear place in my heart.  So this is just about perfect.  It is a really good workout and takes quite a bit of space.

There are 3 portions, each a different style of dance; latin, jazz and hip-hop-ish.  Each has a bit of warm up and then you get into the meat of it.  If you are not familiar with dance, there is a lack of explanation in the beginning of each section.
